Resident account/portal information: details used to create and manage portal access and requests (for example, login credentials and messages)
Payments: information needed to process rent and other payments (see “Online Payments” below)
Communications: messages and information you provide via SMS, email, phone, webforms, and portals

Property ownership/management affiliates involved in operating the community

Mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Some parts of the process may be handled through AppFolio and other vendors that have their own privacy practices.

Online payments are typically processed through our payment/portal systems (including AppFolio and integrated payment processors). We generally do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems; payment details are processed by the payment processor under its security and privacy practices.

We keep information as long as reasonably necessary for:

Payment processing and recordkeeping
Legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations
Security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution
